Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose
This policy aims to clearly outline the terms and conditions related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of tour and travel services offered by Bali Escapes.
2. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Departure

A cancellation made more than 14 days prior to departure will incur a 10% administrative fee.

The remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Cancellation 7–14 Days Before Departure

A cancellation made within 7–14 days before the departure date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Departure

Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.

No Show

Customers who do not appear on the day of departure will be considered as no show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request to reschedule at least 10 days prior to departure, subject to availability.

Any difference in cost due to the new schedule will be charged to the customer.

Rescheduling requests made less than 10 days before departure will be considered a new cancellation, following the above cancellation rules.
4. Cancellation by the Operator
If the trip is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, natural disasters, safety risks, or government restrictions), customers will be given the following options:

Full refund, or

Free reschedule to another available date.
5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for bookings that meet the cancellation requirements stated above.
Refunds do not apply for:-
Late arrival or absence (no show).

Customer negligence or incomplete travel documents.

Third-party services with non-refundable conditions.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking (e.g., bank transfer, payment gateway, or Mayar.id).

The refund will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the payment received.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the official cancellation request is received and approved.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Components

Visa fees, administrative charges, and confirmed third-party bookings (airlines, hotels, or activity operators) cannot be refunded.

Any special request fees, taxes, or surcharges are also non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Refund Procedure
Customers must:

Submit a written cancellation or refund request via official email or WhatsApp.

Provide proof of payment, booking details, and valid identification.

Wait for verification and approval from [Your Travel Company Name] before the refund process begins.
7. Important Notes

The company reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice, but any updates will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

The company is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight cancellations, or governmental regulations.
8. Acknowledgement
By confirming a booking and completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
